Our interpretation:

Nutrition is fuel for the body. It not only allows us to live, based on the quantity of available foods. The quality of our nutrition logically has tremendous influence on our physical and mental wellbeing. Dr. Campbell builds a compelling case on what 'natural foods' actually are for human beings and the sordid part the industry lobbies play in this process. Spoiler alert: we have a disease-care-system, not a health-care-system.

For all you hardline puppies, there's a follow-up book called 'Whole, rethinking the science of nutrition (2013)'
